Tai Chi Transformation
Tai Chi was developed based on the principles of nature and harmony. The gentle flowing movements cultivate an inner power that strengthens the body, restores natural function, improves mental and physical balance and brings overall better health and wellbeing to people’s lives.
We use the phrase Strong Like a Rock, Flow Like a River to describe the feeling and benefits of Tai Chi. Practice cultivates physical strength, stability and balance, while also fostering flexibility, grace and an elegant sense of flowing movement. Tai Chi develops this quality internally as well as externally.
