Although Jeet Kune Do is known for having no forms, the movements from the form are a part of the Jeet Kune Do curriculum.

This tape breaks the form into individual movements, and shows these movements applied on the mook jong (wooden dummy), which is a very important part of Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do training.
