WOODEN DUMMY
You can't train Wing Chun without one, and they are an essential part of Jeet Kune Do training and other arts based on Southern Chinese Kung Fu. Your Wooden Dummy (Muk Jong) will probably be the single biggest investment you will make in training gear, so our advice is to check out wooden dummies and manufacturers very carefully. We did, and our selection was the high-quality, American-made wooden dummies from Great Lion Company.
